Server monitoring

At the moment, only Windows platforms can be monitored. But we are working on the development of a Linux version.

It simply involves copying an executable file and a small number of configuration files. The service will then run on your monitored server, using your system account to operate.

No. To install or remove our service, you will never need to reboot your server.

Our servers are obviously monitored, but we do not only use our own services. This is to ensure that our systems operate independently from the services we provide.

We will only extract statistical information relating to your use of resources and hard disks, and data required to compile lists of installed hardware and software. We never upload data that is stored on your hard disks.

On average, less than 1 kB is used every time data is sent to our Processing Centre. That’s equivalent to less than 1.5 mB a day.

Yes. If you have purchased SMS credits, you can ask us to send your alerts by text.

This feature can be customised, so that you can be alerted up to 10 times, or permanently.

We have created a few default rules to enable us to provide you with a basic monitoring service. These can be switched off, deleted or modified. You can change the threshold values and activation times to suit your requirements. You can also create new rules. And there is no limit to the number of different alerts you can receive.

A secure interface, designed to enable you to manage all of your operational settings, is available at https://www.serveurmonitor.com.
This allows you to activate or cancel your server subscriptions, update your personal data or billing information, and manage your client user base.

Your subscription can be cancelled and then reactivated for the reinstalled server. It will then be monitored until the end of your subscription period.

We work in partnership with IT companies throughout France, and would be more than happy to send you a list of partners based in your area. They have the expertise to meet your needs and maintain your servers using our monitoring service.

You will need to purchase a subscription. This can be done online, via your server monitoring interface. If you choose to pay by debit or credit card, your subscription will be immediate. For payments received by cheque or direct debit, your subscription will be activated once your payment has been authorised.

You can stop using our service at any time, whether you have downloaded the evaluation version or paid a subscription. Our service is deactivated as soon as the system module is uninstalled. You can then delete your account and all stored data.
If you do not delete your data immediately, you have 30 days in which to subscribe. After this period, your data is destroyed in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use. Your account is then deleted.

There is no limit to the number of subscriptions or servers that we can manage for you.

NO. We can assure you that by subscribing to ServeurMonitor there are no hidden costs. You will pay a subscription for the basic system module, along with any other optional modules, should you require them. If you would like to receive your alerts by text, then all you need to do is purchase your SMS credits in advance.

Yes. We are not attached to any other company or organisation, and we have full ownership of all of the technologies that we use to provide our service.

Any data that Kalimoni stores about you, your company or your servers, are used SOLELY to enable us to carry out our server monitoring services. We do not release, sell or lend this information, in any form, to third parties. The way in which we use your personal data has been declared to the French National Data Protection Agency, under Reference No. 798868.
